Khalil Family Lawyers was founded by Antoinette Khalil, the firm's Principal Director. Antoinette has attained Specialist Accreditation in Family Law.
Practice Manager
Julie brings over 15 years of family law experience, combining extensive legal knowledge with exceptional organisational and client service skills. She oversees the practice's day-to-day management and supports clients and the legal team with a professional, compassionate and client-focused approach.
Senior Solicitor
Clive is an approachable and caring senior solicitor with over 30 years of family law experience. First qualifying in England in 1980, his broad legal background and meticulous approach help ensure each client's story is documented clearly and precisely, with their interests and costs in mind.
Family Law & Commercial Solicitor
Christina is a Family Law and Commercial Solicitor with strong litigation skills across both jurisdictions. Her strategic outlook enables her to provide focused advice and help clients gain a strategic advantage when running their case.
Property & Commercial Solicitor
Elisar holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and advises on commercial and retail leasing, franchising, business sales and acquisitions, property transactions, conveyancing and commercial agreements. She delivers practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's needs.
Legal Administration Manager
Alicha plays a key role in the firm's daily operations as a first point of contact for clients and a source of comprehensive administrative support. Known for her organisation, attention to detail and client-focused approach, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Law Clerk
Helen is a Bachelor of Laws student at the University of Technology Sydney with a focus on family law. She assists with legal research, document preparation and client liaison, drawing on her background in administration, education and disability support.
